The exact scope, availability and price of a service will be communicated to the client before the service is confirmed.
2. Personalised Concierge Services
The White Key provides personalised assistance based on each client’s individual requirements.
Some requests may fall outside our standard services. Where possible, we will endeavour to find an appropriate solution or trusted third-party provider.
Acceptance of a request is subject to availability, feasibility and, where applicable, confirmation from third-party providers.
3. Third-Party Providers
Certain services offered or arranged through The White Key may be performed by independent third-party providers, including cleaners, gardeners, maintenance professionals, drivers, babysitters, restaurants, boat operators, insurance professionals and other service providers.
Where The White Key acts as an intermediary or coordinator, the third-party provider remains responsible for the actual delivery, quality, safety and legal compliance of their service.
We carefully select providers where possible but cannot guarantee the performance or availability of independent third parties. Any third-party costs will be communicated to the client where applicable.
4. Real Estate Assistance
The White Key may assist clients with property searches, property sales support, viewing accompaniment, documentation coordination and communication with property owners, buyers, sellers, agents and other professionals.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, The White Key does not provide legal, tax, mortgage or financial advice.
Where specialist advice is required, clients may be referred to an appropriately qualified professional.
Any property transaction remains subject to the relevant contracts, legal requirements and agreements between the parties involved.
5. Relocation & Administrative Assistance
The White Key may assist clients with administrative processes such as NIE-related procedures, registrations, appointments, Tráfico, ITV, utilities and other relocation requirements.
We provide practical assistance and coordination but cannot guarantee decisions, processing times or outcomes determined by Spanish authorities or other third parties.
The White Key does not provide legal, tax or immigration advice unless such advice is provided separately by an appropriately qualified professional.
6. Insurance Assistance
The White Key may assist clients in finding, contacting or coordinating with insurance providers or qualified insurance professionals.
Unless specifically authorised and legally permitted to do so, The White Key does not act as an insurance broker or provide regulated insurance advice.
Insurance contracts are entered into directly between the client and the relevant insurance provider or intermediary.
7. Consultations & Bookings
Complimentary consultations are intended to understand the client’s requirements and determine how The White Key may assist.
A consultation does not constitute a commitment by either party to purchase or provide further services.
Bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once confirmation has been provided by The White Key.
8. Fees & Payments
Prices may vary depending on the type, complexity and duration of the requested service.
Any applicable fees will be communicated before confirmation.
Where third-party expenses are required — including tickets, reservations, transportation, professional fees, deposits or other external costs — these may be charged separately.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or service confirmation.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the service booked.
Where a service involves a third-party provider, that provider’s cancellation and refund policy may also apply.
Certain reservations, tickets, deposits or third-party services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
Clients will be informed of relevant cancellation conditions before committing to services where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Spanish or EU law.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information necessary for us to provide the requested service.
The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving important documents, bookings, contracts and transactions before completion.
The White Key is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or late information supplied by the client.
11. Limitation of Liability
The White Key will provide its services with reasonable care and professionalism.
However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays or decisions by public authorities, cancellations by third-party providers, transportation disruptions, changes in availability or other external events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable.

Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
